Judges to make their declarations this week
Mr Justice Denis McDonald of the High Court will make his declaration as a judge of the Court of Appeal tomorrow (12 December) at 9.30am in the Supreme Court.
Mr Anthony Collins, former Advocate General to the Court of Justice of the European Union, will also make his declaration as a judge of the Court of Appeal at that time.
Sara Phelan SC will make her declaration as a judge of the High Court on Friday 13 December at 9.30am in the Supreme Court.
