Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has appointed Hazel Doyle (pictured) as a partner in its Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) practice area and in its Dublin office.
The firm launched its Dublin base earlier this year with the hiring of AMIF partners Gayle Bowen, Shane Geraghty and Michelle Lloyd.
Doyle, who joins K&L Gates from Arthur Cox LLP, has more than a decade of experience in the funds industry.
Her practice covers all advisory and regulatory aspects of the Irish funds industry.
Gayle Bowen (managing partner of the Dublin office) said that the appointment would allow the firm to continue its “ambitious growth trajectory”.
“Hazel’s addition to the firm brings a strong new ETF [exchange-traded fund] capability to our Dublin office that will link in well with the practice’s global ETF experience,” Bowen added.
K&L Gates’s AMIF practice comprises more than 150 lawyers throughout Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
