ByrneWallace names banking-and-finance partner
Donal O’Donovan has joined the ByrneWallace LLP banking-and-finance team as a new partner.
He has over 16 years’ experience advising domestic and international financial institutions, non-bank lenders and borrowers (corporates and funds) on transactions – including secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisition finance, property finance, bilateral loans, syndicated loans and debt restructuring.
Managing partner Feargal Brennan said that the team was one of the largest banking-and-finance teams in the Irish legal market.
