Two funds partners appointed at Dillon Eustace
Dillon Eustace LLP has appointed Laura Goonan and Hannah Fenlon as partners at its Dublin practice covering asset management and investment funds.
Goonan advises a wide variety of investment funds, investment managers, fund-management companies, and other service providers in the asset-management sector on carrying on business in Ireland.
Fenlon advises investment managers on a broad range of Irish investment-fund regulatory matters – including structuring and establishment, as well as ongoing operation and compliance.
Dillon Eustace managing partner Donnacha O’Connor said that both appointees had demonstrated ”outstanding talent and commitment” since joining the firm as trainee solicitors, adding that their appointments would further enhance the service provided by the practice.
