PC reminder to solicitors on contact details
The Law Society is reminding solicitors to notify the organisation if they have changed where they work, or if their contact details have changed.
The call comes ahead of the renewal process for practising certificates (PCs) for 2024.
The Law Society will be issuing more details on the procedure for obtaining a 2024 PC – including links to the online PC form and supporting documentation – in the coming weeks.
In order to have a practising certificate bearing the date of 1 January 2024, solicitors must submit a fully completed application, with full payment of fees, to the Law Society on or before 1 February 2024.
