New leadership at Adjudication Society

The Adjudication Society has announced that a new team has begun leading its Irish division.

The not-for-profit organisation, which operates in Britain and Ireland, promotes the resolution of construction disputes by means of adjudication.

From 1 November 2023, the society’s new Irish team is being chaired by Éamonn Conlon SC (small picture).

ADR Committee

Conlon is a solicitor, senior counsel, arbitrator, and mediator, who is also the current chair of the Law Society of Ireland's ADR committee, and a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and the Engineers Ireland Dispute Resolution Board.

The leadership team also includes:

  • Clare Cashin (partner, Philip Lee LLP),
  • Jarleth Heneghan (partner, William Fry), and
  • Alan Brady BL (CEDR Accredited Mediator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators).
