Register for  International Disputes Week now

This year’s Dublin International Disputes Week 2023 (#DIDW2023) will take place at The Printworks, Dublin Castle between 6-9 June.

DIDW is designed to provide a forum for international practitioners and general counsel, providing access to thought leaders and prominent international practitioners specialising in litigating complex, cross-border disputes.

Registration is open and is required for attendance at each event. Events will also take place at Dublin City Hall and the King’s Inns

Supported by the Irish Government, the Law Society, the Bar Council and Arbitration Ireland, DIDW is part of the Ireland for Law initiative, and will showcase local Irish expertise.

As a side event, the Law Society’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee is hosting ‘Effective management and deployment of methods of dispute resolution, Irish and international perspectives,’ next Tuesday (6 June) from 11.15am to 12.45pm at the Education Centre in Blackhall Place.

There is no charge for the Blackhall Place event, for which registration is now open.

Speakers

The moderator will be Hannah Shaw (senior associate, A&L Goodbody LLP) and the panellists are:

  • Ms Justice Eileen Roberts of the High Court,
  • Prof Dr Mohamed Abdel Wahab (Zulficar & Partners, Cairo),
  • Karen Killoran (Arthur Cox LLP), and
  • Brian McMullin (Brian J McMullin Solicitors).
