Six teams to take part in Dublin Vis Pre-Moot

The Dublin Vis Pre-Moot will take place from 3 to 5 March 2023 in the hearing rooms of the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre.

The event is a preparatory competition that is taking place ahead of the Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, which will be held in Vienna from 31 March to 7 April.

Nearly 400 teams from all over the world will meet in the first in-person version of the event since 2019.

The international moot promotes the use and understanding of arbitration, and encourages students to engage with it at a practical level. This year’s problem centres on the topical issue of drones.

  • University of Warsaw,
  • University of Basel,
  • Ukrainian Catholic University, and
  • Humboldt University of Berlin (winners of the third Dublin Vis Pre-Moot).
