Changes on Special Criminal Court panel
The Government has appointed two High Court judges to the Special Criminal Court (SCC).
Mr Justice Paul Burns and Ms Justice Caroline Biggs are to sit on the court with immediate effect.
They will replace Ms Justice Deirdre Murphy and Mr Justice Paul Coffey.
The non-jury court sits with three judges.
The Government appoints a panel of High Court, Circuit Court, and District Court judges to sit in the Special Criminal Courts.
