Seminar on updates in consumer law protections
The British Irish Commercial Bar Association (BICBA) which has lawyer members in Britain and the North, as well as the Republic, is holding a hybrid event on 7 June on recent updates to consumer law protections.
In-person
The in-person part of the update will be held in the Dublin 2 offices of William Fry LLP and chaired by Fergus Dooley of that firm.
Conor Duff BL and Karl Shirran BL will also participate.
The talk will address consumer law protections and protections afforded to third parties contracting with corporates.
