The William Fry LLP Cork office has moved to Penrose Two, Penrose Dock, Victorian Quarter, Cork, T23 YY09.

The move to its new state-of-the-art office has been necessitated by the expansion of the Cork-based team.

The firm first opened its Cork office in 2019. Since then, it has been servicing clients in the Cork and the wider Munster region.

The predominant focus in Cork is banking and finance, real estate and construction, corporate/M&A, technology, ESG and sustainability.

The firm is also active in the Cork Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Cork Financial Services Forum, which aims to promote the city as a destination for investment and talent in the financial-services industry.

It also has a UCC School of Law internship programme, and has been the sponsor of the annual UCC law conference for the last 15 years.

Brian O'Callaghan says: "In Cork, our clients have access to the firm’s Cork-based team, in addition to team members in William Fry’s Dublin, London, New York and San Francisco offices. The new office also has the capability and adaptability to accommodate the regular flow of our staff traveling to Cork, as well as future team expansion."
