Motions of discovery dates set by County Registrar
The Dublin County Registrar has issued a notice on motions for discovery.
All new notices of motions for discovery, issued up to 9 January, with the following original return dates, will now be heard on 17 February:
- 25 April,
- 2 May,
- 9 May,
- 16 May,
- 23 May,
- 13 June.
All new notices of motions for discovery, issued up to 9 January, with the following original return dates, will now be heard on 24 March:
- 20 June,
- 27 June,
- 4 July,
- 11 July,
- 18 July,
- 25 July,
- 3 October.
Practitioners are advised that no other notice will be provided. The moving party in each case must notify the respondent of this new court date.
The legal diaries for 17 February and 24 March 2023 will be published in due course.
