Two new partners named at Ogier Leman

Dublin-based Ogier Leman LLP has promoted two lawyers to become partners in the firm.
Maria Edgeworth has been made a partner in the dispute-resolution practice, while Gavin Fitzgerald becomes a real-estate partner.
Both had previously been managing associates at the firm, which was formed last year by the merger of Leman Solicitors LLP with international law firm Ogier.

Accredited mediator

Edgeworth, who trained in Ogier Leman before qualifying as a solicitor, advises on all aspects of commercial litigation, with particular expertise in property and construction disputes.
A CEDR-accredited mediator, she also has experience in alternative dispute resolution – including arbitration and mediation.
Edgeworth also specialises in the area of liquor licensing, acting on behalf of Ireland’s largest entertainment groups and advising on the licensing of many prominent venues.

Commercial property

During his time with Ogier Leman, Fitzgerald has advised some of Ireland’s largest commercial-property businesses, and regularly works with leading Irish developers on their portfolios.
He advises on all areas of commercial property, with a particular focus on commercial development, property finance, acquisitions and disposals, property technology, and development structuring.
