OSM names new property-law partner
Dublin-based OSM Partners LLP has appointed David Larkin as a partner in its property-law practice.
The firm says that Larkin has extensive experience advising on all aspects of finance and property law, with a particular focus on property development, property financing, residential and commercial-investment transactions, and landlord-and-tenant matters.
Dario Di Murro (partner, and head of property) said: “David’s skills and expertise will further enhance our offering, ensuring that we continue to provide the best possible advice and service to our clients”.
The move follows the appointment earlier this year of Mary-Louise O’Hagan as a partner in the property team.
