Hayes Solicitors appoints corporate partner
Hayes Solicitors LLP has announced that David Mangan is joining the firm as a partner in its growing corporate team.
Mangan has over 16 years’ experience in advising on structuring and executing domestic and cross-border transactions – including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private-equity investments, and capital-markets transactions.
He has represented clients across a range of industries and sectors, including: technology, housing, agri-food, energy and financial services.
