Lawyer Maireadh Dale has been appointed as a senior partner in the Matheson finance-and-capital-markets team, and will work in banking and aviation.
Dale will join a team of 50 lawyers that advises institutions and corporations on finance and capital markets in Ireland.
Managing partner Michael Jackson said that the work involved innovative transactions − including green-bond issuance and sustainable finance, financing of alternative energy projects, syndicated commercial lending, property finance, and asset finance.
“Maireadh's breadth of international financing experience, her deep industry knowledge, her service ethos, and her ability to lead and mentor teams will align with the existing strength-in-depth of our finance team,” he said.
Drumcondra, Dublin 9 native Dale holds a BCL from UCD, and has practised with another top-tier Irish and international law firm. She was previously part of the international-finance team at Bank of Ireland.
She is also an associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.
