Hayes names Tim Waghorn as partner
Hayes Solicitors LLP has appointed Tim Waghorn as a partner, leading the firm’s banking-and-financial-services team.
Waghorn has extensive experience advising both borrowers and lenders across a wide range of transactions – including corporate debt, property financing, complex cross-border financing, lending in the healthcare sector, and acquisition finance.
Hayes says that, with lending activity on the rise, the appointment will ensure that the firm continues to enhance its banking service across a diverse range of transactions to meet client demands.
