LK Shields names new senior associate
LK Shields Solicitors has appointed Abigail Butler (pictured) as a senior associate in the firm’s litigation-and-dispute-resolution team.
Butler has experience in dealing with matters before the Circuit Court, High Court, Commercial Court, and Court of Appeal.
She has also acted in several mediations.
'Expertise and experience'
Butler advises on a wide range of general and commercial litigation disputes – including enforcement proceedings, injunctive proceedings, corporate-insolvency disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims, contractual disputes, and property disputes.
Jill Callanan (lead partner, litigation and dispute resolution) said that Butler’s expertise and experience would augment LK Shields’ team of specialists in litigation and dispute-resolution.
