Legal services group Gately adds to Belfast team
Legal and professional-services group Gateley has announced two new partner promotions at its Belfast office.
Litigation-and-dispute-resolution lawyer Peter Barr and construction lawyer Mark Lennon have both been made partners.
Head of office Alison Reid said: “Alongside these promotions, our three recent new additions to our team will support the goal of becoming a full-service commercial legal practice here in Belfast.

“The property market in Northern Ireland is very buoyant, and our practice is now well equipped to support this demand,” she said.
A total of 70 promotions were announced across Gateley – including eight new partners, nine legal directors, 23 senior associates and 30 new associates.
In addition to Belfast, the promotions span Gateley’s offices in Birmingham, Dubai, Guildford, Leeds, London, Manchester, Nottingham and Reading.
