LK Shields Solicitors has promoted Clare Dowling and Simon Mahon to be partners in the firm.
David Williams (managing partner) said that both new partners had proven themselves to be “invaluable team members, with excellent technical ability, legal knowledge and a commitment to providing first-rate client service”.
LK Shields appointed eight newly qualified solicitors in December last year, adding to a number of other significant hires carried out during the past year.
Dowling is a litigation solicitor who specialises in corporate insolvency and restructuring, and commercial disputes.
She has acted in large-scale commercial disputes across a range of areas – including shareholder disputes, property disputes, and contractual claims.
Mahon specialises in corporate and commercial banking, representing international and domestic banks, alternative lenders, and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions.
He has extensive experience in all forms of secured and unsecured lending across various industries.
