Two new judges nominated for Circuit Court
The Government has advised the President to appoint two new judges to the Circuit Court.
At its meeting last week, the Government nominated two District Court judges – Judge Catherine Staines and Judge Michael P Walsh – for appointment as ordinary judges of the Circuit Court.
Arrangements will be made for their appointment, and swearing-in ceremonies, in due course.
