The Younger Members Committee Spring Series, which is running in collaboration with Law Society Professional Training, returns on 3 May.
The Spring Series consists of online information sessions that are complimentary for members. Each session involves a member of the Younger Members Committee in discussion with an expert on a range of topics.
On Tuesday, 3 May 2022, Fiona McNulty, a senior associate with Mason Hayes & Curran’s health-and-prosecutions team, will be reviewing cannabis-related offences and penalties, and will be joined criminal-law barrister David Perry BL.
Other upcoming sessions include public-interest law in Ireland, and discussions on the issues contained in the Dignity Matters report.
The sessions run for 30 minutes, and participants can claim CPD for their participation.
Sessions are held over Zoom, and all solicitors and trainees are welcome. While there is no charge for these events, attendees must register in advance.
