DPP Catherine Pierse to speak on women in law
The President of the Law Society Michell Ní Longáin will host a special online event at 8am tomorrow (8 March) to mark International Women’s Day 2022.
This event is open to Law Society members and trainees, and will explore the theme ‘Advancing Women in the Solicitors’ Profession’.
The president will be joined by a panel of speakers, including:
- Maria Browne (Chief State Solicitor),
- Catherine Pierse (Director of Public Prosecutions),
- Imelda Reynolds (chair of Beauchamps and President of the Institute of Directors), and
- Tarisai Chidawanyika (Diversity in Law).
