The full programme for the three-day Dublin International Dispute Week, organised by Ireland for Law, has now been published, with several side events set up by various law firms. 

The inaugural event is a brand-new forum for practitioners and general counsel, and will offer access to prominent international litigators specialising in complex cross-border disputes. 

Ogier Leman will host a free-to-attend hybrid event on the topic of international mediation at the Morrison Hotel at 1.30pm on Monday 13 June. Former High Court judge Mr Justice Michael Peart (small picture) will speak on the topic.

The main conference opens on Tuesday 14 June, at Dublin’s Mansion House, with an address by Chief Justice Donal O’Donnell.

Transnational tort

The morning’s events will examine navigating jurisdictions, cross-border restructurings though Ireland, and collective redress in product liability and transnational tort.

A conference dinner will take place that evening at the King’s Inns.
