GSBA update on civil-list cancellations
The Galway Solicitors’ Bar Association (GSBA) has issued an update on the cancellation of a number of civil lists:
- Civil motions due for 11 January have now been adjourned to civil motions list on 1 March,
- Civil trials due for 12– 14 January have been adjourned to County Registrar call-over on 2 March, via Pexip,
- Civil trials due for 25–28 January have also been adjourned to County Registrar call-over on 2 March.
The GSBA points out that crime and family law are not affected.
It adds that the family-law week 18-21 January is proceeding.
