Global law firm Kennedys’ virtual work experience programme has hit 10,000 enrolments in just over a year.
Launched in August last year, the programme’s goal was to give the widest possible pool of would-be lawyers a taste of legal life.
Of 34 trainee offers made by Kennedys this year, 27 completed the virtual programme.
The firm also has a global virtual series designed to give participants a greater knowledge of Kennedys, together with advice on the firm’s recruitment process and application tips.
Suzanne Liversidge, global managing partner at Kennedys, said the scheme had allowed the firm to nurture talented individuals it might not previously had reached.
Kennedys specialises in litigation and dispute resolution and has 2,300+ staff worldwide, across 43 offices.
