Dublin County Registrar makes request on spent motions

The Courts Service has asked parties who have spent motions, which no longer require a date before the Dublin County Registrar’s family-law list, to notify its office by email.

This will allow the office to withdraw the motion.

“Any assistance is greatly appreciated, so as to limit the number of motions requiring dates,” the courts body said.
