Law Society shortlisted for diversity initiative in profession

The Law Society has been shortlisted for the 2021 Chambers Ireland Sustainable Business Awards, which will take place online on Thursday, 16 September at 3.30pm, hosted by presenter Mary Kennedy.

The Sustainable Business Impact Awards showcase best practice in sustainable development and social responsibility undertaken by companies of all sizes across Ireland.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals are at the heart of the awards, which celebrate sustainable business practices.

The Law Society was shortlisted for its work in  promoting gender equality, diversity and inclusion in the solicitors’ profession, through the Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI) initiative.

The Sustainable Business Impact Awards are sponsored by BAM Ireland.
