District Court sittings information for August
A list of vacation sittings in the District Court during August is available on the Courts Service website.
The order setting out the sittings came into effect on 1 August.
Business transacted in the District Court that was initiated and not completed before the order’s start date “shall be continued and completed as if this order had been in force at the time at which such business had been initiated,” according to the courts body.
