Law firm Eversheds Sutherland advised Dublin-based telecoms software company Anam Technologies on its acquisition this week by Croatian Infobip Group, a telecoms and communications group.
Anam Technologies filters billions of messages for more than 80 mobile-phone operators with more than 606 million customers across the world.
The purchase price for the acquisition was not disclosed, but includes a combination of cash and Infobip shares.
The Eversheds Sutherland Ireland team in the Dublin office was led by partner Tony McGovern, senior associate Jonathan Ennis, and corporate solicitor Vanessa Lawlor.
