New dates for Dublin County Registrar hearings

The Dublin Circuit Court has announced new dates for some of the hearings on the Dublin County Registrar Civil Motions List which were originally scheduled for late April and May.

  • Some of the hearings for 20, 21, 22 and 27 April will be listed for Court 23, Dublin 7 on 23 July, starting at 9.30am
  • Hearings for 27, 28 and 29 April will be listed for Court 23, Dublin 7, on 24 July, starting at 9.30am
  • Hearings for 29 April, as well as 5, 6 and 11 May will be listed for Court 27, Dublin 7, on 28 July, starting at 9.30am
  • Hearings for 11, 12 and 13 May will be listed for Court 27, Dublin 7, on 29 July, starting at 9.30am

Guidelines

The full list is available on the Courts Service website, along with detailed guidelines for those attending court.

Lists for other dates will be published in due course, and practitioners are asked to check the Legal Diary regularly until the end of the term.

Staggered

Arrangements are in place to ensure compliance with public health guidelines on social distancing.

Staggered times have been allocated for practitioners to attend court for the hearing of these motions and all other subsequent hearings.

Practitioners are being asked to attend court only at their scheduled time. The hearings will take place in accordance with public health and Courts Service guidelines.
