Finance minister seeks NAMA board applications

Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe is inviting applications from people who believe they could serve on the board of the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA).

A list of the essential skills required, posted on the stateboards.ie website, includes business expertise in areas including commercial property law or litigation. Experience at a senior level in a professional services firm is also considered essential.

A list of ‘desirable’ criteria includes experience of legal disputes linked to finance or commercial property and professional membership or academic  qualification in law.

The closing date for submissions is 28 May.
