Consultation on remote hearings at WRC
The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has published a consultation paper on remote hearings and written submissions.
This follows a letter from Law Society President Michele O’Boyle to David Small, director of adjudication services at the Workplace Relations Commission, regarding the possibility of conducting hearings at the WRC through remote technology.
Observations
Stakeholders are asked to submit any observations they may have by 5.30pm on 30 April 2020.
