County registrar's lists adjourned until 20 April

The Courts Service has said that in light of the escalating coronavirus crisis, county registrar's lists will be adjourned to a date after 20 April.

The Circuit Court office will advise parties of the adjourned dates.

County registrars and judges will be available to sit in each circuit to hear urgent applications.

Court offices will, on a temporary basis, accept consent adjournment applications by email where both parties email independently and they will be notified of the adjourned date by email to the email addresses from which they were received.
