The Society of Construction Law is holding a seminar on investor-state disputes tomorrow evening (3 March) in UCD Sutherland School of Law, at 6pm.
The speakers are Norah Gallagher, a public international lawyer who has specialised in international dispute resolution, in particular investment disputes.
She is director of the Energy Law Institute at Queen Mary University, London, and regularly sits as an arbitrator.
Baptiste Rigaudeau is an associate at LALIVE in Geneva, an international law firm renowned for its expertise in international dispute resolution. He specialises in international arbitration, with a focus on commercial and investor-state disputes.
