Judge John Hughes for Dublin Metropolitan Court
The Government, at its meeting on the 17 December 2019, formally made a decision to assign Judge John Hughes to the Dublin Metropolitan District, with effect from 17 October.
Appointed
This follows this week’s announcement that Legal Aid Board managing solicitor Colm Roberts is to be appointed to the Dublin District Court.
Dublin Metropolitan Court judges are led by former solicitor, President Colin Daly, who was appointed to office last June.
