Associate solicitor appointed at LK Shields
LK Shields has appointed a new associate solicitor, Paul Dineen.
He will join the corporate and commercial team at the Dublin 2 firm, which also has offices in London and Galway.
Commercial matters
Dineen will be acting on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
His transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate structuring and restructurings, as well as advising on general corporate and commercial matters.
