Philip Lee, this year’s Law Firm of the Year, has announced Angelyn Rowan as a partner in the construction, projects and public/private partnership team, areas in which she has wide experience.
Angelyn joins Philip Lee from another high-profile firm where she advised the Irish State on significant infrastructural projects in the areas of social housing, higher education and healthcare, including the development of Technological University Dublin’s expanded campus at Grangegorman in Dublin 7. (TU Dublin was formerly DIT.)
Angelyn has also advised on major commercial, hotel and residential projects in recent years.
