Blackhall Place will host Shine-A-Light fundraiser
Blackhall Place will play host, once again, to the annual Shine-A-Light Night charity fund-raiser, which will see business leaders sleep out at locations across Ireland to raise vital funds to alleviate homelessness.
Focus Ireland is the charitable beneficiary of the Shine-A-Light event, now in its eighth year.
This year’s sleep-out will be on 18 October at Blackhall Place, with Bord Gáis Energy as the main sponsor for the nationwide fundraising campaign.
Locations
Among the historic locations chosen for the homelessness fund-raiser are the Law Society’s headquarters at Blackhall Place, and Spike Island in Co Cork.
Shine-A-Light Night is Focus Ireland's biggest annual fundraising initiative and it has raised €4 million since 2012.
