The autumn Law Society Finuas Skillnet cluster kicked off in Tralee with the support of John Galvin and the Kerry Law Society.
Over 140 delegates received updates on wills and trust drafting (Anne Stephenson), e-licensing, courts and technology (Patrick Johnson), conveyancing (Joyce Good Hammond), civil litigation (Shane MacSweeney), digital marketing (Susan Bourke), and LLPs (Paul Keane).
Teri Kelly (Law Society) and Clodagh O’Brien (Crowe) introduced members to the small practice support project, showcasing the supports available to members through the new Small Practice Business Hub.
The cluster will continue its tour of the regions, with trips to Monaghan in October, Mayo, Cork and Kilkenny in November, and Dublin in December.
The cluster event fee (€135) includes the educational training event, resource materials, a networking hot lunch, and the all-important CPD hours covering management, general and regulatory matters.
Law Society Finuas Skillnet wishes to thank the bar associations throughout Ireland, which continue to collaborate with it in bringing education and training to the Society’s members.
