Metcalfe is new MH&C governance partner
Mason Hayes & Curran has appointed Nick Metcalfe as a partner in the firm's corporate governance and compliance team.
Mr Metcalfe specialises in company law and complex group reorganisation projects, including one for a global pharmaceutical multinational.
Head of department Claire Lord said: "I am pleased to announce Nick’s appointment. His extensive international experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring projects, as well as his strong company law expertise, means he can work collaboratively with organisations to address strategic issues."
