The beta version of the new and upgraded Courts Service website is now under testing for user feedback.
All court judgments will be freely searchable on the new site, though currently there is a subset of judgments available for demonstration purposes.
Determinations will also be available in the near future.
Courts Service Online (CSOL) is a portal for the online payment of fines or for making a claim through the small-claims system. The online bankruptcy register is also viewable on the new site.
Applications for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court can also now be made online.
Users can also browse or search through court rules on the Court Rules page. A full set of consolidated superior court rules is already in place.
Consolidated versions of Circuit Court and District Court rules will be added over the coming weeks. In the meantime, a full set of rules with amendments have been migrated from the existing website.
While a large amount of content has been published for beta purposes, the site is not yet fully functional.
The legal diary is still in place on the existing website while development work on a revised version continues.
Court forms will also be added to the new site in due course.
