Fifty staff members at Holmes O’Malley Sexton Solicitors (HOMS) will take part in the Regeneron Great Limerick Run on Sunday in aid of brain injury charity Headway, which has national headquarters in Limerick.

The firm wants to support Headway Ireland for their important work with people affected by stroke or brain injury.

Headway’s Rella Galvin said: “Headway is delighted to have HOMS on board as our charity partner.

"It’s fantastic to have such a large, well-established and reputable organisation rooting for us, and supporting us to continue to deliver specialist rehabilitation services to people with acquired brain injury in the mid-west region.

Rebuild

“Our aim is to help rebuild life after brain injury by supporting those affected, to make the most of their potential, improve their quality of life and their level of independence.  Each person is unique, as is each brain injury, so all services are individually tailored, based on need and goals for recovery.”

Vital

The funds raised by Holmes O’Malley Sexton on behalf of Headway will help deliver vital therapeutic services to brain injury patients.

The Limerick firm has organised various other fundraising events for Headway during the year, including a coffee morning and ‘pre-loved clothing sale’.
