MH&C beefs up anti-trust team with partner boost

Mason Hayes & Curran has appointed Tara Kelly as a partner in the firm’s competition and anti-trust team.

Tara’s primary area of practice is Irish and EU competition law.

She has extensive experience in advising clients on complex merger control. Tara also advises on antitrust investigations, competition compliance, competition law issues arising from commercial contracts, and the intersection between privacy and competition law.

She represents clients from a broad range of industries including energy, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, telecommunications, hospitality, technology, automotive and financial services.

Senior associate

Tara was previously a senior associate with the firm.  Prior to joining the firm, she practised with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in both London and New York.
