LRC revising Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005

The Law Reform Commission has recently published a revised (consolidated) version of the Extradition Act 1965 at http://revisedacts.lawreform.ie/revacts/alpha#E

The revised version is also linked from the Act on the eISB.

This will be useful to practitioners working in this area, particularly in light of Brexit.

There are now over 360 Revised Acts comprising all textually amended Acts from 2005 (other than Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 and Finance Acts), and a selection of commonly used Acts dating from prior to 2005, such as family, employment and road traffic Acts.

Work has started on the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 in collaboration with the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection.

The Revised Acts include amendments, commencement information and SIs made under the Act, and are available in PDF with and without annotations, and in HTML.

The  Commission maintains the Revised Acts up to date and undertakes new revisions  as resources permit.

It will shortly be listing new revisions and updates on a monthly basis on its home page at www.lawreform.ie .
