A reminder to conveyancing practitioners that the final versions of the new 2019 Conditions of Sale and the new 2019 Requisitions on Title are now available on the Society’s website in the ‘Precedents’ section in the members’ area.
These are for use in transactions commencing on or after 1 January 2019.
They are each accompanied by an explanatory memorandum.
