London to Dublin partner traffic moves
Corporate and commercial firm LK Shields has appointed Ian Lavelle as partner in the litigation and dispute resolution department.
He moves across from London firm Weightmans where he practised for seven years.
Ian specialises in complex disputes in the construction, property, insurance and professional services sectors. He has particular expertise in advising London-based insurers on policy coverage issues and disputes before the Irish courts.
Adjudication
He also advises on adjudication, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
