Two senior legal professionals have launched an alternative dispute resolution service based in both Dublin and Belfast.
Juris Resolutions has opened for business offering high-powered mediation services from legal heavyweights.
Featuring on its panel are former judges from the North, such as former Lord Justice of Appeal Sir Paul Girvan, and from the Dublin bench, retired judges Iarfhlaith O’Neill and Alison Lindsay (both pictured).
Queen’s Counsel Alva Brangam has also come on board.
Juris Resolutions’ directors Martin Blake and Kathy Sinclair are a former barrister and solicitor respectively, with long legal experience in Belfast.
Martin Blake also has lengthy experience in California, where he served as an attorney-at-law. He is a former President of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers’ Association.
Kathy lectured in law at the University of Ulster and has lengthy practice experience in commercial, employment, banking, clinical negligence, and chancery cases.
Both Kathy and Martin are experienced mediators, accredited by the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service. They are enthusiastic about the possibilities of mediation moving into the mainstream.
