Two new partners at Augustus Cullen Law

Two new partners have been appointed at Augustus Cullen Law (ACL). Ray Fitzpatrick is now partner in the property and commercial law team, while Damien Conroy is general litigation partner.

ACL is one of Ireland’s leading law firms, with offices in Wicklow and Dublin’s Smithfield, currently employing 50 people.

It has expertise across a range of practice areas, including medical and professional negligence, employment, corporate and family law.

Corporate

With over ten years’ experience, Ray Fitzpatrick works primarily in corporate, company and banking law, advising lending institutions, shareholders and directors.

He also has specialist knowledge of the renewable energy sector, advising on project finance, leasing of property, banking and security.

Damien has worked in ACL since 2012. He has extensive dispute resolution experience and advises clients on personal injury, medical negligence and defamation.

Negligence

He also handles professional negligence claims against professionals, such as accountants, brokers, solicitors, architects and surveyors.

Managing partner Joice Carthy says that the appointments have come at a time of sustained growth for the firm.
