Lawyer's digital tool streamlines property sales

Solicitor Emmet Creighton (pictured above) is the co-founder of a communications platform for conveyancing that connects solicitors, estate agents, clients and banks.

At the Techstars Start Up Week recently (which is backed by Dublin City Council), Creighton spoke about how lawyers make ideal entrepreneurs.

Practical examples

Panellists shared their experience of moving from practising law to running a business, and gave practical examples of how their legal education equipped them to succeed in business.

Emmet's own legal network gave him the vital early support that allowed him to turn colleagues into customers. He spoke about making the transition from solicitor to founding a high-growth start-up.

Collegial support helped him move his product from concept to a working model that is in high demand among conveyancing solicitors in Ireland.

Flawless.tech promises to facilitate swift, streamlined and stress-free property sales with digital tools to improve the communication around property sales.

Emmet is now working with Bank of Ireland, Ulster Bank, Northern Ireland and Nat West London.

Trial

He is currently accepting new solicitors to trial his product free of charge. If your practice does conveyancing and you want to see how the product can help, contact Emmet at Emmet@flawless.tech

Techstars is an international business accelerator, which has backed more than 1,300 companies globally.
